What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future
Are custom duties and taxes included in the pricing?
We continue to welcome every order from the world and our pricing includes the product and shipping cost, If you are hit with unexpected charges like relevant duties and taxes will not be added and the buyer is responsible for the same.
Orders shipped may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Any import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country must be borne by the recipient, including additional charges for customs clearance.

Do you ship overseas?
Your order will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days.
Leatherlly is currently operating with our standard shipment processing times, but due to high order volumes and carrier delays, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or refund orders or shipping fees after an order has been processed, left our facility, or is in possession of the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer FREE Worldwide Express Delivery on all orders.
As our customers live in different time zones, we use multiple carrier services like FedEx and DHL to ensure time-efficient delivery of products. Every order is sent using tracked services. Once shipped you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number. Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
What is your return policy?
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return request and 30 days to return the item(s) back to us.
It must be in its original condition and packaged to ensure that it arrives with us in this state. Please note that this does not include made to order or customised products, which cannot be returned unless faulty.

What is your refund policy?
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Order History " link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 working days after we receive the item back.
Do you replace the product?
We surely replace the product if there is anything wrong with it. At times if the personalization is wrong or the buckles are broken in transit. You can contact us directly via email or send us a message. We will get back to you and will process a replacement of the product.
Do you provide refund for personalized product?
If there is something wrong with the name/initials like if there is spelling mistake, we will replace the product.
Please note that return and refund policies does not include made to order or customised products, which cannot be returned unless faulty.
