Definitions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: "The Company" means Leatherlly Limited. "Customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer. "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

Who we are

We are Leatherlly Limited, a company registered in India. Our company registration number(GSTIN) is 08BPRPC6742L1ZC and our registered office is at Piple Chowk, Bedla, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. Our IEC number is BPRPC6742L.

If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

Payment

Payments will be taken at the time of ordering and no goods will be supplied without payment.

Leatherlly encrypts all your card information via Shopify Payment using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorised persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction. We do not store credit card details or share Customer details with 3rd parties.

Stock

Items ordered that are in stock will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Leatherlly holds limited stock and occasionally your order may be out of stock and waiting to be manufactured. We will endeavour to inform you of this at the point of purchase and also give a delivery estimate.

Product Variation

Products may vary slightly from the pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may also vary slightly from those images due to natural variation in the leather itself. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.

Delivery

When we have the items of your order in stock it is dispatched quickly. Internationally we use DHL and FedEx. We will send you an email with tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Some countries impose import duties and taxes on imports, for which the Customer will be responsible. Occasionally some orders may experience customs delays, which unfortunately we have no control over (we wish we did!). Please contact your local customs office if you require any additional information.

Returns

With the exception of made to order items, all products purchased from Leatherlly have a 30 day return period from the date received by the Customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us and we will organise a free return the goods. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by Leatherlly as being in their original packaging and condition will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the Customer, excluding any shipping costs. All refunds exclude shipping costs, unless a mistake has been made by Leatherlly.

Claims & Complaints

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Customers have 30 days to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, for a full refund. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the product must be communicated in writing to Leatherlly within this 30 day period. Afterwards items may be returned for one of the following: repair, exchange, or if agreed, reimbursement. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorised operations.

Liability

If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered or are defective, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Leatherlly shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the Customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of Leatherlly to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
